What Brings you Joy?

As the winter months are creeping in with colder weather and more darkness, what is something that you enjoy doing? These winter months can often lead to seasonal depression, depression, hopelessness and glominess. Despite these feelings, what is one thing that brings you joy? How can you incorporate that into your week? Maybe it is reading, watching a show, working out, going out, meeting up with friends, etc. Your weekly challenge is to do something that brings you joy, or to try something new that might bring you joy. You don’t know until you try. The weather is something that is out of your control, but what you do is in your control. Take back the control and do one thing a week to spark that joy inside you.
